To use, simply unwrap one of the Shower Burst® tablets and place it in a Shower Burst sachet or you can use a dish. Hang the sachet in your shower, and let the water activate the tablet, releasing its mood-boosting essential oils. Once you have taken a shower, allow the tablet to dry, and when you shower again, rehydrate the tablet.
Shower Burst should last for 3 to 5 showers.
